Delivery Information

We deliver fresh, halal meat nationwide across the UK. Here's everything you need to know about how delivery works, when your order will arrive, and what it costs.

Choose Your Own Delivery Date

Unlike most butchers, we let you pick the delivery date that suits you best. Once you've added your items to the cart, simply choose your preferred date from the calendar before checking out.

  • Orders need a minimum of 2 days' notice — so the earliest available date is always the day after tomorrow, never next-day.
  • You can book a delivery date up to 30 days in advance.
  • If a date isn't selectable, it means it falls on a non-delivery day (see below) or is a blocked date such as a bank holiday — just choose the next available day.

Delivery Days

  • We deliver Tuesday to Friday as standard.
  • Saturday delivery is also available at checkout for a small extra charge (see pricing below) — just pick a Saturday date in your cart and select the Saturday shipping option at checkout.
  • We do not currently deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

Delivery Costs

  • Orders up to £25: £9.99
  • Orders from £25.01 to £39.99: £7.49
  • Orders of £40 or more: Free delivery
  • Saturday delivery: an additional £12.99 (select “UK Weekend Shipping – Saturday Delivery” at checkout)

Our Packaging

  • All orders are packed in insulated packaging with ice packs to help keep your meat at a safe, chilled temperature throughout transit.
  • We aim to use recyclable packaging wherever possible — please recycle the box and packaging where your local council allows.
  • If anything arrives outside the condition you'd expect, get in touch with us straight away and we'll sort it out.

Bank Holidays & Exceptions

Our delivery schedule can change around bank holidays and other busy periods. If a date is unavailable in the calendar, it has been blocked for that reason — please choose the nearest available day, or contact us if you need help arranging a specific delivery date.
