Treat your halal steak to the New York life!
Nothing quite says dining out in New York like a well cooked steak! Some fine dining restaurants on the east coast of the US only add a dash of pepper and salt before cooking. But we're a bit more adventurous with our unique take on the New York style halal steak.
Try our exclusive recipe and bring that unique New York taste to your Halal Rib-Eye.
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl and then rub into your halal steak. Marinate for a minimum of 2 hours before cooking to enjoy the best flavour.
