What you need:
- 8oz Ribeye Halal Steak from Halalnivore
- 8-10 Chestnut mushrooms (chopped into medium thickness slices)
- 1 or 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 stalks Rosemary
- 2 stalks thyme
- A few splashes of dark soy sauce
- Double cream
- Salt and Pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
