Caribbean Style Halal Steak Rub

Spice up your halal rump steaks with this exclusive Caribbean style steak rub recipe.
- 1 seeded chopped green chilli
- 2 chopped spring onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoons ground all spice
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl and then rub into your halal steak. Marinate for a minimum of 2 hours before cooking to enjoy the best flavour.
